for each match by one of three guest commentators. The guest
commentators are a French witch, a German wizard, and an Australian
witch. There are also three different referees, one Spanish, one
Nordic, and one French. The guest commentator and the referee are
chosen at random and have no real effect upon the match.

Difficulty Levels:

Unlike Hogwarts, you can play the Quidditch World Cup on four different
difficulty levels. The first two levels will probably be unlocked on
your first time, but the two higher levels require a higher number of
Quidditch Cards to unlock. (See section VI.) The difficulty levels
are:

Comet 260
Nimbus 2000
Nimbus 2001
Firebolt

Comet 260 is roughly the same as a Hogwart's match while Firebolt is
substantially more difficult.
